A Tranche is a group of bonds carrying the same rights and properties. Example: When we want to issue new bonds, we offer a new Tranche and inform you about this per email. You will then be able to subscribe to this Tranche and at the end of the subscription periode the Tranche will be issued. That is the moment when everyone who subscribed to the Tranche receives the bonds and interest will start accruing. Your bonds will show up per Tranche in your overview.
Fastned might be issuing new bonds in the future. We will inform you per e-mail about this.
Bonds are mainly available during an Issue. The bonds have a limited tradability. If you would like to purchase bonds outside of an subscription period please contact Fastned by sending an email with your request to [email protected]
Your bonds are part of your capital and will be inherited by your heirs. To execute the process we need to receive digital copies of the official confirmation and a certificate of inheritance. Fastned will then send a form to change the ownership of the bonds. In case there is more than one heir, Fastned needs to receive such a form per heir.
